The brain
One section per station. Each one is read before that station starts work.

If something here is wrong, it is writing your next test. Say so and it gets corrected — that is faster than swiping the mistake.
Every ad you judge makes

Ads that already ran
Drop what lost and what won. I read every one and write back why — and that reason is what the next test is built from.

Money
The only page here that measures the business. It is not wired yet, and until it is, everything else in this app is measuring a proxy.
Why this is empty
Every verdict in this app is grade C evidence — it says you would run an ad. The twenty-seven ads that ran and lost are grade B: the market rejected them. Neither is grade A, which is an order.
A test can score fifty per cent keeps and sell nothing, and without this page nothing in the system would notice.
What closes it: Windsor read-only into Meta, TikTok and Shopify; a link from each kept ad to the campaign that ran it; and the supplier sheet, so break-even is a computed number rather than an estimate.

Issues
Press ⌘/ anywhere in the app and type one sentence. The address, the build, the window size and the last twenty console lines are captured with it — you never have to remember how to reproduce it.
Newest first
Clicking a row opens what was captured with it. The station shown is a rule, not a judgement — if it went to the wrong one, say so and it moves in one tap.

Activity
What has actually happened, newest first, grouped by day. Relative times to scan; the exact moment is on every line, on hover.

—Tests asked for, check runs and issues. Money will join this list the day there is a cost-per-order to report — until then the trail is honest about measuring taste rather than sales.
Add a brand
Paste the pack Claude wrote for this brand. It saves straight into the app's memory — no rebuild, no re-upload. It is live on the next generation.
Which product?
A brand can sell several things, and an ad for a serum is not an ad for a balm. Each product keeps its own photographs and its own ledger of arguments already spent — what it inherits is everything this brand has taught you.
What are we adding?
It starts already taught. Every rule this brand has learned applies to it from its first test — no second Learning Project.
How should these be made?
An ad has a skeleton and it has a thing it says. They move independently — a structure that already works can carry an argument nobody has tried.
Which reference?
Build from a real photograph and the product is reproduced, not reinvented. Without one, the writer describes it from the pack alone.
Let Claude write into this app
Enter your passphrase once and you get a short code. Give the code to Claude in the chat and it can save brands, craft and learnings for you directly — you never upload anything again. The code dies on its own, and you can kill every code ever issued with one tap.
How many images?
Half a credit each, off the plan you already pay for.
This will
This sends the request to Claude. Images appear here as they are made — you can close the app and come back.
Waiting.
What is happening
What the swipes taught
Every verdict is stored against this brand — forever. The next test already knows which devices are spent, which arguments are used, and what you keep killing.
